TruCentered Chiropractic Care currently functions as an out-of-network/fee-for-service office. With that being said, as a courtesy, we will submit on your behalf and you would get reimbursed by your insurance company based on your insurance benefits. If you have an HSA/FSA, that can be utilized as well. On your first visit, you will meet with the doctor who will discuss all aspects of care, including insurance and finances, before moving forward. This will give you an opportunity to determine if our office will be a good fit before any charges are incurred.
This is determined on a case-by-case basis. Your health is our main priority. On your first visit, we will perform a consultation, a comprehensive examination and assessment of your nervous system, and x-rays (if warranted). After evaluating those, we will make appropriate recommendations on how we should move forward with providing care.
During the consultation, we will discuss your health history, goals, and current complaints in addition to providing you with an opportunity to learn more about the practice and our unique approach.
Generally, yes. We allocate an additional 30-minute block after the consultation in the event you would like to move forward with an examination on the same day.
